Frequently asked questions
How often should medical equipment be calibrated?
Most hospitals calibrate critical equipment at least once a year, or as often as the manufacturer and their quality system require. We can help you set a schedule for your full equipment list.
Do you calibrate on-site outside Jaipur?
Yes. We provide on-site calibration across India. Tell us your city and your equipment list, and we will plan the visit.
Is Shiwi Enterprises NABL accredited?
Yes. Shiwi Enterprises is a NABL-accredited calibration laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025. We share our certificate and scope of accreditation on request.
What happens if a device fails calibration?
We let you know straight away and can quote for the repair. Our service team can repair the device and calibrate it again afterwards.
